Determined to prove them wrong, I embraced the challenge and decided to work with my mother to create a luxury-travel magazine for the German-speaking market. It’s been 7 fulfilling years since that decision, and our magazine has grown exponentially.
Throughout this journey, I’ve learned the importance of patience, authenticity, and believing in what you do. Being an HR Assistant has taught me that success lies in nurturing something you are passionate about, just like I do with my magazine.
The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:
Being a Human Resources Assistant is both rewarding and challenging. One of the main difficulties I’ve encountered throughout my 7-year journey is handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines. As an HR Assistant, I’m responsible for various tasks, such as managing employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and handling administrative duties.
