My Personal Experience: 

My journey as a supply chain manager began unexpectedly. After completing my studies in logistics, I started working for a small manufacturing company. Over the years, I honed my skills, gained hands-on experience, and developed a passion for optimizing supply chain processes.

The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:

Being a Supply Chain Manager in the dynamic field of logistics and operations comes with its own set of challenges. One of the main difficulties I face is the constant pressure to optimize costs while ensuring timely delivery of goods. Balancing the budget and maintaining efficiency requires careful planning and decision-making.

Dealing with unexpected disruptions, such as natural disasters or transportation delays, adds an additional layer of complexity to the role.

Things I find interesting or feel “happy” about this profession are:

Despite the challenges, being a Supply Chain Manager offers numerous rewarding experiences.
