My Personal Experience: 

My journey into video editing began unexpectedly. Although I had always been interested in the visual arts, I initially pursued a different career path. After completing my studies in computer science, I stumbled upon an opportunity to assist with video editing for a small production company. I quickly discovered my passion for storytelling through editing and decided to pursue it further.

To gain more experience, I took on freelance projects, collaborated with other professionals in the industry, and invested in self-learning resources. Over time, my skills improved, and I was able to secure more significant projects, including editing for renowned YouTube channels and assisting in the post-production of independent films.

I faced skepticism about my ability to succeed without a formal degree in video editing. However, my dedication, perseverance, and willingness to learn have allowed me to overcome these obstacles and build a successful career as a video editor.

The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:

Being a video editor is a challenging yet rewarding profession. One of the hard parts I have experienced in this field is the pressure to meet tight deadlines. Things I find interesting or feel “happy” about this profession are:

Despite the challenges, being a video editor brings immense joy and satisfaction.
