The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:

Additionally, resource allocation can be a juggling act. Navigating through budget constraints and optimizing available talent while striving for excellence can be demanding. Dealing with unforeseen technical glitches and last-minute changes can leave even the most experienced IT Project Manager feeling stretched.
