My Personal Experience:

The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:

While I’m fluent in Dutch, French, and English, there are times when I encounter customers who prefer other languages, which can be quite challenging.

Handling irate customers or resolving complex issues can be emotionally draining. Customer service representatives often find themselves in the line of fire, dealing with frustrations that customers vent during interactions.

The work hours in customer service can also be irregular, including night shifts and weekends. This can affect work-life balance, making it difficult to plan personal activities or spend time with family and friends.


Things I find interesting or feel “happy” about this profession are:

Despite the challenges, being a customer service representative in Belgium has its unique rewards.
