The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now is: 

One of the most challenging parts of being an electrician is working in hazardous environments and dealing with potentially dangerous electrical equipment. Moreover, the job often requires working in uncomfortable positions and at odd hours, which can be physically demanding and mentally exhausting.’
Things one might find interesting or feel “happy” about this profession are:

Every job is different, and each presents a new challenge that requires critical thinking, creativity, and technical skills.
