My Personal Experience: 

My journey as an Operations Manager in Mumbai has been an unexpected but fulfilling one. The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:

Being an Operations Manager in a bustling city like Mumbai has its fair share of challenges. One of the major hurdles is dealing with the constant pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver results efficiently. With numerous projects running simultaneously, it becomes crucial to manage time effectively and ensure smooth coordination among different teams.

Moreover, resource allocation and optimization can be quite challenging. Balancing manpower and equipment to maximize productivity while minimizing costs requires careful planning and decision-making. Additionally, as an Operations Manager, I often find myself dealing with unexpected disruptions in the supply chain, such as delays in procurement or transportation, which can significantly impact operations.

 

Things I find interesting or feel “happy” about this profession are:
