My Personal Experience: 

As a kid, I was always fascinated by sales and negotiation. I loved the idea of convincing others and finding win-win solutions. After completing my education, I ventured into the sales field and began my journey as a sales representative. The initial years were challenging as I had to learn the ropes of the profession and gain practical experience.

To become a good sales representative, I had to continuously invest in my personal and professional development. Attending sales training programs, reading books on sales techniques, and seeking mentorship from experienced professionals were instrumental in shaping my career. It’s crucial to have a growth mindset and be open to learning from both successes and failures.

The Hard part I feel about this profession as per my experience till now:

Being a sales representative is both challenging and rewarding. One of the hardest parts I’ve experienced in this profession is the constant pressure to meet sales targets. Things I find interesting or feel “happy” about this profession are:
